The Administrator user has access to almost every aspect of the StatusCast account, except for making billing information changes.


Administrators have the ability to:

  1. Make adjustments to account settings
  2. Make changes to the status page design
  3. Manage Company Administrator and Administrator users
  4. Setup integrations with third party applications
  5. Create, update and resolve incidents
  6. View Services and manually change their status
  7. View, add, edit, and remove subscribers
  8. View and manage incoming beacon pings
  9. View reports
