Issue Reporting Notifications

Once a user submits an Issue Report StatusCast will alert administrators. In order to get an email alert whenever an Issue Report is submitted make sure that you have Enable System Notifications enabled in the Settings > General section of the admin portal

With System Notifications enabled you can enable the Notification in your user profile, from the top right user drop down select My Profile and scroll down to the Notifications section. Here you can define which alert channels you want to be notified through when an issue report comes in:
