SSO Groups Attribute

The Settings within your SSO client may allow you to add a group attribute. This will offer the ability to auto-enroll and segregate your audience when coming to the status page. In this case, you would want to include group information with the SAML request.

For example, in Okta, you'll find an option for Group Attribute Statements. In this case we will call this one Customer:

If each audience member is in an SSO group with the Group Attribute parent label called Customer, then you would put the word Customer in the Group attribute field in your Statuscast integration.

And then in your SSO client, you would want to ensure the names of the audience Groups you set in StatusCast match the group names for each Customer in the SSO.
