Collecting Issue Reports

With the Issue Reporting feature enabled your status page will have a Report a Problem button added to the header of your page:

Once a user clicks Report a Problem a prompt will appear asking them to submit the questionnaire:

After an Issue Report has been submitted StatusCast will send a notifications to administrators and the data can be viewed in the admin portal.
