Subscriber Report
The subscriber report is used to provide administrators with data pertaining to all types of visitors that are subscribed to your page. This report helps you keep an eye on the number of people actively subscribed to your service components as well as information on how they are receiving updates.
KPIs
Metric | Description |
---|---|
Total New Subscriptions | Displays the number of new subscribers created |
Active Subscribers | Displays the number of active subscribers within the selected date range. Active Subscribers who have a notification enabled on at least one channel (Email, SMS, Webhook) |
Active Channel Breakdown | Displays the number of Active Emails, SMS, and Webhook Subscribers activated |
Subscribers View
Top 5 Subscriber Services Chart
Displays the top 5 service components with the most subscriptions and the number of subscribers with default subscriptions.
Subscriber Table
Displays the total number of subscribers who are not subscribed to a particular service component as well as a breakdown of each service component by subscription type.
Groups View
Top 5 Subscriber Groups
Displays the top 5 groups with the most amount of subscribers.
Groups Table
Displays the total subscribers who are subscribed to a group with a breakdown by subscription type.

Exportable CSV
Table data are exportable into a .CSV with the following information:
- Service Subscription Name
- Total Number of Subscriptions
- Email Subscriptions
- SMS Subscriptions
- Webhook Subscriptions
- Percentage change of subscribers
