Issue Reporting enables you to turn your status page in to a collection point for end users. Status pages are the de-facto destination for users when they think something is wrong. If they go there and the problem they are encountering isn't currently listed, you want a status page that can collect their information immediately and report the problem back to your team
To enable Feedback, log into your admin portal and access the Settings > Issue Reporting section.
Check Allow Issue Reporting and save to enable the overall feature in your account. You can add Categories to your issue reporting questionnaire to help collect additional information from your end users.
