Managers or "Incident Managers" as they are often referred to are users with access to your admin portal and can access the main navigation:

Managers have the ability to:

  1. Create, update and resolve incidents
  2. View Services and manually change their status
  3. View, add, edit, and remove subscribers
  4. View and manage incoming beacon pings
  5. View reports

Managers are often the primary user type signing into the admin application and generally deal with the creation and management of incidents within your account.
