Company Administrator

The Company Administrator user has access to every aspect of the StatusCast account.


Company Administrators have the ability to:

  1. Update billing information
  2. Make adjustments to account settings
  3. Make changes to the status page design
  4. Manage Company Administrator and Administrator users
  5. Setup integrations with third party applications
  6. Create, update and resolve incidents
  7. View Services and manually change their status
  8. View, add, edit, and remove subscribers
  9. View and manage incoming beacon pings
  10. View reports
