Notification Report

The Notifications report provides insight into how you Incident notifications are reaching your audiences. The report includes a visual line graph detailing the number of successful notifications sent out across various channels within a set time-frame and an exportable table that provides data on all notifications that were sent out related to your Incidents. When used in conjunction with the Deliveries Report, you can get a detailed breakdown on the status of your Notification Job.

At StatusCast, a Notification Job contains all of the messages that are associated with a notification that target your subscribers.

Notifications View

Notification Chart

Displays the number of notifications sent out by channel type within a date range set by the filter. Each of the channel types can be filtered out to customize the view.

Notification Job Table

Displays a high level overview each of the notification that was executed for an Incident. Each Notification Job ties to a delivery report that offers specific information about the results of each individual notification.

Table data are exportable into a .CSV with the following information:

• Incident ID
• Type of Event
• Incident Title
• Date Scheduled
• Channel Type
